Welcome to Dental Trade Alliance Foundation's Dental ReSERVE™. This site was designed to allow manufacturers to donate dental equipment and supplies to organizations providing free care to those in need. We hope that this program allows all participants to better serve those in our communities who have limited access or cannot afford quality oral care.

To participate in this program, please download the DTA Member Application or the Oral Care Provider Application and return the completed form to the DTA Foundation Headquarters. Upon approval, you'll be contacted with your Dental ReSERVE™ login information and instructions.
